Mini Piling Lancashire

Specialist Mini Piling Contractors Serving Lancashire and the North West, we offer reliable, professional mini piling services. Whether you’re building a residential extension, developing a commercial site, or need structural underpinning, we provide tailored piling solutions across the county, even in areas with tight access, poor ground, or low headroom.

What is Mini Piling?

Mini piling refers to small-scale piling systems using compact rigs and reduced-diameter piles. It’s particularly suited for restricted access sites, built-up areas with height limitations ,and locations where noise and vibration must be minimised

This makes it ideal for many residential and urban settings across Lancashire, including towns like Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, and Lancaster.

    Pile Sizes

Mini piles typically have diameters under 300mm; however, we install a range of pile sizes between 100mm and 600mm. Larger piles can still fall under the mini piling category when installed using compact or lightweight rigs; it’s more about rig size and access than diameter alone.

Our Mini Piling Equipment and Capability in Lancashire

Our mini piling rigs weigh less than 20 tonnes, allowing us to work efficiently in tight or complex environments. Our fleet is designed to offer the right mix of power, versatility, and site mobility, even in challenging sites in Lancashire.

Thanks to our adaptable in-house fleet, most of our work qualifies as mini piling. Although our rigs are under 20 tonnes in weight, they can install pile diameters up to 600mm, providing mobility while not compromising performance or structural integrity.
